Earnings in first 40 hours = 40 x 11 = 440 TK.
Earning in excess 13 hours after 40 hours = 13 x 11 x 1.5 = 214.5 TK.
Earning in commission = 6% of (8659 - 2500) = 369.54 TK.
Total earnings = 440 + 214.5 + 369.54 = 1024.04 TK.
